Wedding Venue Turf Cleaning in Phoenix, AZ

The job

Wedding season in Phoenix runs straight through fall, and a ceremony lawn gets photographed from every angle. The artificial turf on the ceremony lawn at this Phoenix resort venue had a summer's worth of dust and debris packed into it, and the blades in the walkways and high-traffic areas were starting to lie flat. The venue wanted the lawn looking fresh before the next round of weddings.

What we did

1. Power brooming to pull out built-up dust and debris. We started along the edges and walkways with a power broom. It works down into the turf and kicks out the fine dust, leaves and grit that a leaf blower leaves behind.

2. Deep cleaning from top to bottom. Next, we ran our turf cleaning machine across the full lawn, working in overlapping passes so nothing was missed between the trees and the walkways.

3. Grooming to bring the turf back to life. With the debris out, two of our crew went back over the lawn to lift the flattened blades and set an even, striped finish. That stand-up look is what makes turf read as "new" in photos.

The result

A clean, brushed, evenly striped lawn ready for guests and the next wedding, with no stray debris along the paths or edges.

Commercial turf that stays guest-ready

Event lawns, resorts and HOA common areas see far more foot traffic than a backyard, so buildup shows sooner. A Cowboy Clean handles routine debris removal and brushing, and power brooming brings back matted high-traffic areas. A maintenance plan keeps a venue on a set schedule so the lawn never slides between events. Learn more about our commercial turf cleaning.
